Valorenza Privacy Notice
This notice summarizes the controlled-pilot data boundaries and privacy controls for Valorenza students, guardians, teachers, and school operators.
Controlled Pilot Data Scope
- Invite-created student accounts for the approved school or class workspace.
- Class display name or nickname, learning profile, assignment progress, answers, and review history.
- Teacher-created assignments, source-backed English package records, and teacher/parent report status.
- Operational security logs needed for abuse prevention, rate limiting, support, and incident review.
Privacy And Consent Controls
- Student signup avoids phone, email, legal-name, school-number, identity-number, address, and guardian-contact collection unless separately approved.
- Real-student learning is blocked until the active privacy, user agreement, guardian consent, and retention versions are configured and accepted.
- AI prompts use minimal learning context and anonymous student identifiers instead of real names or contact details.
- Parents can request data export, deletion review, or consent withdrawal through the recorded privacy workflow.
Approval boundary:
this page is only one public policy surface. Real-student traffic still requires the signed
owner/legal/operator approval packet, the active guardian consent version
pilot-guardian-v1, the data retention version pilot-retention-v1,
and matching private evidence.
