Valorenza User Agreement
This agreement summarizes the controlled-pilot use rules for school, teacher, student, and guardian accounts in Valorenza.
Controlled Pilot Use Scope
- Students use the service only through school or teacher invitation and within the approved class workspace.
- Teachers remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted learning material before it is assigned to students.
- Students and guardians should not upload sensitive identity, medical, financial, address, or unrelated personal information.
- Access may be suspended if an account is used outside the approved pilot scope or creates safety, security, or privacy risk.
School-Controlled Safety Rules
- Privacy, source/license, backup, monitoring, rollback, and mainland reachability evidence must be complete before real-student traffic is approved.
- Invite-created student accounts must remain bound to the approved workspace.
- Teacher and operator actions remain subject to the signed pilot approval packet.
Approval boundary:
this page is only one public agreement surface. Real-student traffic still requires signed
owner/legal/operator approval, live monitoring evidence, rollback evidence, and the matching
private evidence bundle.
